Stretch Zone, the leading practitioner-assisted stretching model, is located adjacent to Matt the Miller’s Tavern at 31 W. City Center Drive.

Stretch Zone offers clients the opportunity to improve their lifestyle by utilizing the Stretch Zone Method^®. Trained stretch practitioners guide you through a series of dynamic stretches geared towards increasing mobility and muscle function. The Stretch Zone Method^® is proven to make you feel lighter and younger, relieve stiffness and soreness, enhance athletic performance, increase and maintain range of motion and move more efficiently and effortlessly.

Owners, Drew Brees, former quarterback of the New Orleans Saints and Stretch Zone brand ambassador, along with Ben Smith and Jason Loerzel were college roommates and friends at Purdue University. Through their friendship, Brees, Smith and Loerzel have a shared passion for health and wellness that led them to their partnership with Stretch Zone.

“Opening Stretch Zone studios in the area that has shaped my career on the field feels great; and, to do it with my college buddies, Ben and Jason, is an experience that I'll cherish for years to come,” said Brees.

The new Stretch Zone space will include five proprietary tables equipped with their patented strapping system. Stretch Zone practitioners use the straps and follow specific methods and protocols to properly position, stabilize, isolate, and manipulate muscles using powerful principles of neuromuscular behavior. These methods allow for the most effective stretch and outcome for each individual.

Stretch Zone is ideal for anyone age 14 years old and up. Stretch Zone offers membership packages as well as single session visits. New clients receive their first stretch free. During the first visit, a stretch practitioner will discuss each client’s goals and develop a personalized plan to achieve those goals.
