Indianapolis homebuyer Mallory Lee is no stranger to the new build process. In fact, Mallory and her husband have built three new homes together. Their most recent move to build was sparked by the addition of their third son. Designing Their Dream Home

Mallory and Brian had a clear vision of what they wanted in their new home. To get started, they reviewed the collection of Build on Your Lot floor plans and evaluated each designs based on their must-have list. Particulars on their must-have list included a dedicated playroom for the kids, large working pantry and kitchen pocket office. The Drees team was able to modify their chosen plan, the Monticello, to meet these needs.

After structural decisions were made and the plans were drawn, the Lees explored an array of selections available at the Drees Design Center, a one-stop shop located off of East 96th Street in Indianapolis. The End Result

Their new Monticello stands as an exquisite example of modern farmhouse design. Its exterior with its distinctive curb appeal sets the scene for an interior that wows once you step inside.

The bright and airy main level features the Drees signature living triangle. The conjoining gourmet kitchen, welcoming family room and dining space create the perfect place for quality family time or even entertaining friends.

The calming color palette of the kitchen paired with the organic and sleek textures create a memorable heart of the home. And the kitchen gets even sweeter with its own butler’s pantry, working pantry and pocket office tucked out of sight.
