InCycle Strength is a full-strength training studio that offers group classes, personal training, and small group training (2-4 clients). Classes utilize the TRX System as well as weights, kettle bells, stability balls, resistance tubes and bands. InCycle Strength offers four class formats: TRX (Total Resistance Training, a specialized form of suspension training that utilizes body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously), Strength Circuit Training, Barre and a Pilates Stretch/Strength.

InCycle Strength is committed to safe and effective injury-free training. The only studio in Indiana to be TRX Mbody certified, InCycle Strength offers a wide variety of functional training and cardio tools to cater to every client’s fitness abilities and goals.

InCycle Strength is located on the plaza at 800 S. Rangeline Road, Hanover Place, Suite 285. Parking is available along the street and surface parking is available on plaza level (accessible from City Center Drive) and in the underground garage (accessible from Rangeline Road as well as City Center Drive) and in the Veterans Way garage.
